We have used the services of AJQ Services for over 2 years now and the services have not diminished once, in fact they have continually increased their service offerings to us. I have never had Mr. Jordan or his staff tell us no. Mr. Jordan is an owner that is personally involved in every aspect of his business and takes great pride in making sure that the customer is happy. He personally visits and communicates with me and my staff. We had a sprinkler head dump several gallon of water in our call center on a weekend, which was a major event for us. Mr. Jordan not only showed up personally to meet me at the facility, but arrived before the repair contractor. He stayed throughout the repair operations and assured me that he would have all the water and debris cleaned up before Monday. This included the carpet, cloth cubicle dividers and the desks tops. Mr. Jordan provided a truck based carpet cleaner and personally cleaned up the entire area. We were ready for business Monday morning. The building owner and the general contractor were so impressed they hired AJQ services to provide clean up services for their new construction projects.

The level of detail and professionalism conducted by the staff makes for a very easy and seamless transition of major deep cleaning and floor work during each year. We were able to put forth all work in a package and AJQ Services comes in and accomplish all tasks we need done in a timely fashion, with no interruption, or disturbance to the housing staff and residents.
